Most of our guests join us on a hot air balloon flight above BLED (every day when the weather allows us to fly during our season).

INCLUSIONS

REQUIREMENTS
– Warm, comfortable / sporty clothes (generally it will not be any colder in the air during the balloon flight than on the ground, we suggest you wear layered clothing that can be removed as the day warms up)
– Sporty shoes / running shoes or hiking boots
– Camera with neck / wrist strap
– Minimum age: 6 years
– Minimum height: 115 cm (3ft 10in)
– Maximum weight: 120 kg (265lbs)
Other restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women.
DEPARTURE TIME
Hot air balloon flights are only possible in early mornings, just after the sunrise (usually around 6am).
Hot air ballooning is a very weather dependent activity and we usually find out, if we’ll be flying one evening before the flight or even in the same morning. It’s recommended to have a spare day or two, if conditions will not allow to fly with balloon on your reserved / preferred date.
Exact departure times of ballooning flights are issued one evening before this activity and will be sent to your e-mail address.
This hot air balloon tour departs at designated time and it’s recommended to be at meeting point no earlier than 5 minutes before departure and no later than exact departure time.
MEETING POINT
This tour departs from 2 different locations:
– 3glav Adventures office for BLED flights and
– Ljubljana city center for LJUBLJANA flights (It takes approx. 1 hours drive from Bled to Ljubljana, Slovenia.)

A minimum of 2 guests is required for hot air balloon tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough people to meet the minimum numbers. If activity is cancelled, you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund. Most of our activities operate on daily basis in our high season.
Weather conditions are very unpredictable in our mountainous region of Bled, Triglav National Park and Julian Alps, Slovenia. Most of weather forecasts (especially on mobile devices and internet) show low levels of accuracy.
Our professional pilots and ballooning crew can decide that weather or other conditions and things beyond our control do not allow safe operation of the tour. In that case tour can be canceled last moments and guests will be offered alternative date or a full refund.
We reserve the right to change the schedule without previous announcement if it comes to traffic delays and road blocks or other unpredictable situations. 3glav Adventures d.o.o. will not accept responsibility caused by the change of the schedule beyond the organizers control.
All our tours, trips, activities and adventures don’t have any kind of firm or certain routes outlined and itinerary/schedule are made by our local, English speaking, experienced, professional guides who decide spontaneously according to the weather, road, trail and other conditions, type of the group and special events in order to provide safest and most fun experience available for each day.
Places for all our tours, trips, activities and adventures might be out of stock even they were marked as available at the time you finalized your booking due to unexpectedly high demand or booking system errors. At those rare occurrences we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
